HAMPs

COLAS CZ operates 13 modern and powerful hot asphalt mixing plants for production of asphalt mixtures. Our dense network of production plants enables us to supply building sites throughout the Czech Republic.

  1. HAMP Bašnice in Jičín district,
  2. HAMP Bradlec in Mladá Boleslav district,
  3. HAMP Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in Žďár nad Sázavou district,
  4. HAMP Čenkov in Praha-východ district,
  5. HAMP Holubice in Vyškov district,
  6. HAMP Provodín in Česká Lípa district,
  7. HAMP Rančířov in Jihlava district,
  8. HAMP Sedlnice in Nový Jičín district,
  9. HAMP Soutice in Benešov district,
  10. HAMP Sudoměřice u Bechyně in Tábor district,
  11. HAMP Tasovice in Znojmo district,
  12. HAMP Valdorf in Domažlice district,
  13. HAMP Vrbice in Karlovy Vary district.

Currently, COLAS CZ mixing plants produce about 700 thousand tons of asphalt mixtures per year.

Asphalt mixtures and modified asphalts

In addition to the traditional mixtures (ACO, ACL, ACP, BBTM, SMA, PA and AKO), we also offer mixtures based on the technological rules of the Ministry of Transport CR and mixtures developed in the laboratory of the COLAS SA group in France:

High modulus asphalt mixture is a hot-processed asphalt mixture with a high rigidity modulus, with a relatively high content of harder asphalts (or additional hardening additives), low voidage for base courses and modified voidage for the sub-base courses. The application of these mixtures minimizes the occurrence of excessive permanent deformation in the form of ruts or other similar defects, thus ensuring the high resistance of asphalt layers against wear and effects of water, long life, the reduced thickness of the road compared to the classic types of modifications and higher operational efficiency of the roadway. Asphalt mixture with increased resistance to crack spreading (SAL) – a specially designed mixture for thin or micro asphalt topping. At low temperatures, the ductility of the layer is several times higher than that of standard mixtures or materials, thus reducing the spread of cracks during the movement of the lower layer. MICROVILLE asphalt soundproofing mixture – an asphalt mixture with 0/8 mm granularity for wearing courses in areas where it is necessary to reduce noise produced by tyres of passing vehicles. The mixture is also very resistant to effects of the traffic load, has excellent anti-skid properties and resistance to permanent deformations (it is used as a thin-layer modification).

Asphalt colour mixture COLCLAIR – This mixture is analogous to the traditional asphalt mixtures, but the standard black asphalt is replaced with Bituclair transparent binders. The mixture can be produced simply with the aggregate and binders or fibres, and the appearance follows the natural hue of the aggregate, or with added pigments. (source)

We are able to produce other mixtures to satisfy the customer's needs.
