Vysočanská, emergency road repairs from Na Jetelce to Nad Krocínkou in Prague 9

The project resolves emergency repairs to ul. Vysočanská in the section from Na Jetelce to Nad Krocínkou.

Construction period: 2017/07 - 2017/12
Total value of the contract: 20 168 084 CZK excluding VAT

A sewer failure resulted in a roadway collapse in July 2016. Vysočanská ulice had been closed since the failure occurred. Surveying work was ordered and then repairs to the sewer collector began. Temporary repairs to the southern part of the road took place at the same time to make the road partially passable for public transport buses.

The project is divided into two construction objects:

SO 101 Vysočanská – road repairs, section from Na Jetelce to Nad Krocínkou

- this object resolves the complete repair of Vysočanská ul. road surfacing, including walkways and reinforced bus lane paving.

SO 102 Vysočanská – subsoil remediation, section from Na Jetelce to Nad Krocínkou

- this object resolves remediation of the road subsoil and the design of variant solutions for the remediation of subsoil using available surveying and diagnostic techniques. The result of the remediation work is a sufficiently stable base for the construction work in SO 101.

The project is begin constructed by Čermák and Hrachovec a.s. COLAS CZ is completing construction of the structural layers and the asphalt road surface.

Kácov bridge

The Kácov bridge project involves the construction of a new three-span road bridge with a total length of approximately 75 m over the Sázava River. COLAS CZ built the new bridge to replace the existing structure, which is no longer suitable due to poor condition, limited load capacity and unsuitable geometric parameters for traffic crossing.
