The construction solves the bypass of the city of Sokolov and the municipality of Svatava. The newly designed disposition will divert transit traffic from inhabited areas and reduce intensive traffic in the immediate centre. The road relocation starts with a passable branch (joining intersection) on road III/210 in front of the bridge structure SO 202 with a connection to the completed part. From the start of the section the route of the relocation leads over the bridge structure, crossing road III/210 29, the Sokolov - Svatava railway line, the Svatava River, and continues in an open line, first on the embankment with a length of 250 m. The road is category S9, 5/50. The minimal directional radius is 150 m, the maximum road ascent within the stage is 2.2%. The road composition is designed according to TP 170 for class III of traffic loading and the design level D0. The surface has a straight line camber of 2.5%, one-sided in bends.

The work involves the construction of a permanent road bridge with 7 spans and an upper roadway. Composite steel-concrete multispan continuous beam of constant height. Lower structure massive monolithic ferro-concrete pillars, massive ferro-concrete supports with parallel wing walls, deep foundation on piles.
