Professional internship from Hungary on the bridges

May 18, 2018

At the instigation of our talents, we provide internships to share experience between us and sister companies abroad.

The first of a number of planned internships took place from 14 to 15 May.

Our colleagues from the Bridges and reinforced structures Centre welcomed guys from Hungary and exchanged experience with each other gathered during constructing the bridges.

Site managers Tomáš Vodička and Jakub Vodňanský conducted our foreign colleagues on General Patton´s bridges in Plzeň and on another one in Davle.

The internship was met with mutual satisfaction and our colleagues from the Bridge Centre will visit Hungary in the coming months.

Our site managers commented the event as follows:

"We should support such actions. Collaboration with colleagues from Hungary has been helpful.

We have been able to show what technologies and procedures we use, and, at the same time, we expect to have the same opportunity in Hungary. "

This year we are planning internships to France and Denmark, and hopefully we will create regular cooperation between us and COLAS Group colleagues.

We would like to thank all our participating colleagues for their initiative and look forward to other similar events.
