I/34 Božejov-Ondřejov-Pelhřimov bypass opens to traffic

On Tuesday August 1st, 2017, a new section of the I/34 road between Božejov and Pelhřimov was opened to traffic.

"Construction of this road relocation resulted in the significant mitigation of negative effects on the local inabitants. The technical concept also eliminated to the greatest possible extent all impacts on the environment", commented the newly opened project Jan Kroupa, general director of the Road and Motorway Directorate.

The project has been co-financed within the framework of the Operational Programme Doprava 2014-2020 by the European Regional Development Fund.
